I’m Tracey and I set up Slim and Fit to create a community where we support each other to live well and stay healthy. We all achieve more when we’ve got a supportive team behind us, so that’s what we provide!

I’m here to help you achieve the results you want but, most importantly I want you to have fun. Together we can make gradual lifestyle changes so you’ll reap the benefits now and in the future.

There’s nothing I love more than combining my training in fitness, nutrition, and food science to support my friends. And, as you’ll see from the success stories on the site, my clients love being part of the Slim and Fit community.

When you join, you get so much more than access to fitness videos. Before you even put your trainers on, we’ll have a chat about where you are now and what you want to achieve, so we can develop a plan together.

As a member, you’ll have access to all my online classes, and just need to download the Zoom app to join in. This great tool means that you can exercise within the comfort of your own home and continue to receive encouragement from the wider Slim and Fit family.

There’s always plenty of laughter in our classes, and the odd interruption from one of my dogs!
