Exercise Only membership is typically for those who may have achieved their goal weight.
Get weighed each week at class with a one-to-one consultation.
Our Weigh-In Only membership is for those who prefer not to exercise in class.
Tracey is a fully qualified instructor whose able to adapt exercise for those with mobility and health issues, give advice and guidance on nutrition and fitness.

- Work-Out: 30-45 mins
