Due to the popularity of my Fitness Pilates courses I’m delighted to be able to announce the start of a new course in Rushden at Southend School. The course starts on Monday 20th February 7:30pm and will run for 5 weeks. I’ve really enjoy running my Fitness Pilates sessions and we’ve seen some great results from so many people.
It’s a great way to improve mobility and fitness using low impact exercises. More conventional workouts are weight bearing and tend to build short, bulky muscles. Fitness Pilates elongates and strengthens, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility. A body with balanced strength and flexibility is less likely to be injured.
